As per industry practice in Animation and Gaming, all models and source code (models, games, websites etc) are to remain the property of Kangoo Animation Ltd. To explain this further, any source files that we create during production of digital content contains proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets that have been developed by our company. It is therefore inappropriate to expect these source files to be included as part of any purchase unless specifically arranged by the client at the time of quoting each job. It is against our company policy to remove source files from our system and allow them to be used or accessed by our clients or any third party. However, please be reassured that this will not affect you/your client’s access or usage of the final published product in any way.
